You'll contribute to ending world hunger by ...
  • Support Human Resources Coordinator in the implementation and the improvement of Safeguarding systems at the Country level, identifying safeguarding focal persons in the different bases and coordinating the dissemination of policies procedures and resources within the mission.
  • Support capacity strengthening initiatives in safeguarding for staff through the dissemination of the internal online campus trainings and developing new materials for trainings. 
  • Work closely with ACF-Lebanon departments to map our referral system to ensure that safeguarding concerns are appropriately addressed.
  • Reviewing and adapting the reporting mechanism in the whole mission making sure it is communicated to and understood by staff and external parties.
  • Contribute to draft HR sops and policies documents in English and coordinate their translation 

Help with additional HR tasks related to recruitment, performance management or any other aspect whenever needed



Do you meet the profile required criteria?
  • Degree in Social Work, Communications, Law, Education or relevant professional qualification. 
  • Strong communication skills; 
  • Knowledge of organizational systems, practices and policies; 
  • Understanding of concepts including data protection and confidentiality; •Expressed interest in safeguarding, PSEA and accountability initiatives; 
  • Commitment to upholding the Code of Conduct, humanitarian principals and values, and ensuring the rights and dignity of the communities we serve; and •Trusted by staff, local communities and beneficiary populations. •High level of independence while being a team player 
  • Innovative, energetic, solution-orientated approach to work
