Support in all the maintenance, fleet management, safety and security equipment and premises need at base level, support in the TRF management and acting as support driver when needed. Reporting directly to the Base Logistician.
Objective 1: (Support the different activities that ensure the smooth running of supply chain):
- The procurement of office supplies, equipment and materials needed in base office if requested
- Participate in the updating price and supplier catalogue.
- Participate in the organization of Archive documents, hard and soft copy under the guide and instructions of Base Log.
- Elaboration of procurement documents such as PR, SPO, Contracts, AT, AF and Reception Notes.
Objective 2: (Fleet and Movement Management):
- Vehicle maintenance: Submit the maintenance request according to the weekly car maintenance checklist
- Monitoring and analysis of indicators related to the vehicle fleet: Prepare monthly fuel report with collecting and checking accurate data and submit a qualitative report to the Log Base
- Movement planning: Prepare a clear movement plan with the requester every week
- Movement organization: Follow up the daily movement included the driver assignation, the adequate complete documentation, the car availability.
Objective 3: (Premises management):
- Office maintenance: Submit the premises maintenance with the LPE and repair card and plan and follow up the premises maintenance Raise PR if necessary to upgrade the premises environment.
- Prepare an accurate and qualitative monthly office inventory report for validation, Raise PR if necessary
- Key Management: Update the key logbook and perform the monthly review of the key holders
- Energy: Plan the monthly maintenance for generators, ACF, any relevant energy sources - Office communication
Objective 4: (Stock management):
- Prepare an accurate and qualitative monthly stock report for validation
- Ensure that the stocks are organized and cleaned and respect ACF standards and procedures
- Ensure that the items are labelled and safely stored
- Follow up on the request for stock in and out
Objective 5: (Equipment management):
- Prepare an accurate and qualitative monthly equipment list for validation
- Submit and follow up for the equipment maintenance
- Ensure that the equipment is properly labelled, recorded, and safely stored
- Report for any equipment needs
Contract period: 5 months renewable base on Action Against Hunger fund and performance.
Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.
Duty station: Aleppo.
