To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and functions in Gaza base and contribute to the scale up of AAH in an emergency context.


Key activities in your role will include
  • Support the recruitment process
  • HR administrative management
  • Payroll Management 
  • Training and Development 
  • Health Insurance management
  • Daily labor management

Do you meet the profile required criteria?
  • Bachelor’s degree of Administration Sciences or any related area.
  • Basic knowledge of HR Administrative Management.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in HR/Administration related field.
  • Experience in similar role working with international or national INGOs
  • Experience in emergency and highly volatile contexts
  • Excellent organizational skills, including time and stress management. Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written Arabic. Good English Language level both spoken and written.
  • Computer skills in MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint and internet, command Excel)
  • Good understanding of issues related to the promotion of gender equality or personal commitment to gender equality.
