The GIS Assistant will support MEAL and Programs by leading the collection, management, and analysis of geospatial data to ensure effective tracking of the Projects. It will enhance evidence-based decision-making by producing maps, spatial analyses, and dashboards that communicate trends and program impact.
Additionally, the Assistant will strengthen accountability to affected populations by integrating GIS with Program & MEAL systems, enabling more accurate targeting and response.
Finally, they will contribute to program learning and improvement by identifying spatial patterns, providing insights for operational planning, and supporting the continuous enhancement of project quality and effectiveness.
