To ensure quality pharmaceutical management and uninterrupted supply of medicines and medical supplies within all Action Against Hunger-supported health facilities in the assigned state. The Pharmacist oversees stock management, promotes rational use of drugs, ensures compliance with MOH and AAH standards at state level. The role also involves providing technical support, capacity building, and coordination with health authorities, internal departments, and external partners to strengthen pharmaceutical services and contribute to the overall improvement of health outcomes and provides regular data and technical reports to Senior Pharmacist at the national level.
