You'll contribute to ending world hunger by ...
  • Implement the daily field activities for the project under the supervision of the  ACf Field Officer/Supervisor and deliver objectives and tasks on-time and to a high quality

     

    Work with the team in a highly efficient manner, prioritizing needs and targets, and reporting in a clear and concise manner on the progress

     

    Provide support to the project teams for the assessment of WASH/Shelter/FSL, Nutrition  and  Basic Assistance  needs and related response activities 

     

    Oversee and be responsible for the delivery of assistance at the collective shelter and community level, coordinating with other field teams as needed, and ensuring progress towards common goals. 

     


Key activities in your role will include
  • Objective 1: Response to WASH/Shelter/FSL/Nutrition and BA Emergency related activities (70%)
  • Objective 2: Quality monitoring of the activities, needs analysis and adapting approaches, accountability (20%)
  • Objective 3: Reporting and archiving (10%)
  • Objective 4 : Security
  • Objective 5 : Support humanitarian activities of Action Against Hunger

Do you meet the profile required criteria?
  • Knowledge in any of the below: •Cash based program •Nutrition •Food security •Water supply and sanitation supply systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks covering different objectives simultaneously to a high quality Knowledge of direct community work with vulnerable or at risk communities
  • Bachelor degree
  • Ability to work in a team Ability to manage stress effectively Ability to manage time and priorities well Clear communicator with excellent inter-personal skills Ability to work with a degree of autonomy on set tasks
  • Fluent Arabic, Fluency in written and spoken English Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and good skills in smart phones
  • Experience in the humanitarian sector is desirable
