The Supply Chain Officer supports the Hama Base by ensuring timely, efficient, and fully compliant implementation of all program related procurement activities. The position manages the complete procurement cycle at Hama Base, from receiving purchase requests to tendering, contracting, delivery, documentation, and reporting, while applying Action Against Hunger procedures and donor requirements. The Supply Chain Officer strengthens operational performance at the Hama Base through effective procurement planning, accurate information management, complete and audit ready dossiers, and coordination with program, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and accountable program delivery.
