The HR Daily Worker is responsible for supporting the HR Officer by ensuring the appropriate physical and digital archiving of all HR documents.
Key activities in your role will include
Assist in the scanning and archiving of HR files; employee files, recruitment documents, and any HR communications on PEOPLE ADS (HR System).
Keep all payslips and timesheets organized and secured as per the physical and digital archiving policy.
Support in scanning and tracking the medical insurance claims. •Support the consolidation of all HR documents of the mission assuring the correct naming of the documents.
Report to line manager any missing or incomplete documents/signatures.
Participate and support in the audits, consolidation of contracts, and preventive controls when requested by HQ and Compliance Manager.
Do you meet the profile required criteria?
Student or recent graduate in Human Resources or related field with 1 -2 year of relevant work experience in related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High level of integrity and transparency
Flexibility and adaptability
Commit to respect the strictest confidentiality regarding AAH data -Respect of AAH policies and procedures -Available upon request.
Our remuneration package:
Daily wage:
Full day: $35 from 9:00 A.M. till 3:00 P.M.
Half day: $18 from 9:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. or from 12:00 till 3:00 P.M.
Working days:
Maximum 9 days/month according to the Lebanese labor law
